This is the regulator for solicitors and alternative business structures which are registered with them. Its web site includes the SRA Handbook which is the Code of Practice for solicitors. It also sets out how to complain about a solicitor or a solicitor's firm. In the past Bankside Law has acted for the SRA in prosecuting solicitors at the SDT, although more recently we have represented solicitors on the defence side in relation to allegations of mortgage fraud and other white collar crime and fraud.
