Their site includes a register of chiropractors, their Code of Practice and their professional disciplinary cases. We have acted for chiropractors for over a decade in proceedings before the GCC Professional Conduct Committee and other chiropractic regulatory panels. We act for the United Chiropractic Association (UCA) and many of their members through legal expenses insurers DAS (we are on the DAS panel of approved solicitors). In a series of cases related to the Simon Singh libel proceedings in which the GCC brought hundreds of cases against chiropractors from a variety of professional associations for the content of their web sites we acted for all UCA members. We achieved 100% success rate in these "web site" cases so that no UCA chiropractors sustained any disciplinary finding and therefore preserved their good professional reputation.
